Perugia Hotel srl with registered office in Via Palermo 88 - 06124, Perugia, in its capacity as holder of the processing of personal data pursuant to EU Regulation 679/2016 applicable from May 25, 2018 - General Data Protection Regulation (“RGPD”) (hereinafter for convenience referred to as RGPD or as “Applicable Legislation”), makes this disclosure only for the website www.hotelplazaperugia.com (“Site”) while it does not concern and does not apply to other websites that may be consulted through external links and is valid as a Disclosure made pursuant to Art. 13 ss of the Applicable Legislation.

PRINCIPLES
The processing of your personal data by Perugia Hotel srl is carried out in accordance with the principles of accountability, lawfulness, fairness, transparency, purpose limitation and storage, data minimization, accuracy, integrity and confidentiality, in accordance with the legislative provisions of the applicable Legislation and the confidentiality obligations provided therein.

The Data Controller determines the purposes and means of the processing of personal data.

5. TRANSFERS

6. DATA RETENTION.
Perugia Plaza Hotel will process your personal data for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes detailed and indicated in point 3 for a period of time therefore limited and different depending on the type of activity involving the processing of personal data. After this period has expired, your data will be permanently deleted or otherwise irreversibly anonymized.

Data collected to conclude and execute contracts will be retained for ten years from the date of contract conclusion.
Data related to billing will be retained for ten years from the date of billing. Your data as a Registered User, entered by the same at the time of registration on the site, will be retained until you request deletion of your profile.
Data communicated by you to Perugia Plaza Hotel using the “Contact Us”, “Guestbook” and “Newsletter” forms will be retained for 12 months from the date of communication, unless contracts are entered into. Resumes received and the data contained therein will be retained for 12 months after receipt;
The data provided to us for commercial communication activities and/or sending of newsletters will be kept until you request us to discontinue the activity and/or request to unsubscribe from the service or otherwise until you ask us to stop sending them.

7. RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECT

8. CHANGES
This Privacy Policy is effective as of May 25, 2018. Perugia Plaza Hotel reserves the right to modify or simply update its content, in part or completely, including due to changes in the applicable Regulations. Perugia Plaza Hotel will inform you of such changes as soon as they are introduced and will be binding as soon as they are posted on the Site. In any case, any changes made over time to this Policy will be duly published on the appropriate section of this Site.
